Tikka Masala Organic Simmer Sauce

Practically the national dish of Great Britain, this is India’s revenge on the British for colonizing them! Great simmered with grilled or sautéed chicken, this luscious and creamy tomato sauce is so good that you won’t be able to stop yourself from licking the platter clean.

Simply simmer with stock and coconut milk to make deliciously authentic Chicken Tikka Masala, or try it with paneer cheese for an indulgent vegetarian option.

HOW TO USE:
Sear 1½ lbs of cubed boneless CHICKEN THIGHS or PANEER in 2 tbsp of OIL. Add the sauce, ¼ cup water or stock and 1/3 cup COCONUT MILK. Simmer till cooked through. Taste, salt, and enjoy hot with naan or rice. Serves 4.

TIP: Also great with tofu, shrimp, fish, and vegetables.  And as a dip!

Goa Coconut Curry All-Natural Simmer Sauce

This irresistible Goan curry, traditionally made with fresh seafood on Goa’s moonlit beaches, gets its sublime flavor from subtle spices and the tang of the local kokum fruit.

HOW TO USE:

Combine 1¼ lbs of uncooked SHRIMP or cubed CHICKEN THIGHS in 2 tbsp of OIL. Add sauce and up to 1 cup COCONUT MILK (less for a spicier dish). Simmer until cooked through. Taste, salt, and enjoy hot with crusty bread or rice. Serves 4.

Also great with fish, mussels and vegetables!

Vindaloo All-Natural Simmer Sauce

A mouthwateringly fragrant and spicy curry created by the Portugese Goans, cooked with lots of garlic and flavored with aromatic spices and vinegar. Vindaloo is traditionally written as Vin d'alho (Vin is wine vinegar and alho is garlic) and pronounced "vin-DAH-lu." It's typically made with pork but you can use chicken, beef, or hearty veggies like sweet potato if you prefer. This dish is wonderful the day it's made but simply divine the next day when all the strong flavors meld together.

Simply simmer with stock to make deliciously authentic Vindaloo with pork, chicken, sweet potato, or just about anything else!
