Tikka Masala All Natural Simmer Sauce

Practically the national dish of Great Britain, this is India’s revenge on the British for colonizing them! Great simmered with grilled or sautéed chicken or paneer, this luscious and creamy tomato sauce is so good that you won’t be able to stop yourself from licking the platter clean.

HOW TO USE:
Sear 1½ lbs cubed boneless chicken thighs or 1 lb paneer in 2 tbsp oil. Add the sauce. Use ¼ cup chicken stock or water to rinse out any sauce remaining in the jar and add. For a more luscious sauce add ¼ cup cream or coconut milk. Simmer till cooked through. Taste for salt and stir in a pat of butter just before serving. Enjoy hot with naan, rice or crusty bread. Serves 4.

HOW TO USE:

Vindaloo All Natural Simmer Sauce

A mouthwateringly fragrant and spicy curry created by the Portugese Goans, cooked with lots of garlic and flavored with aromatic spices and vinegar. Vindaloo is traditionally written as Vin d'alho (Vin is wine vinegar and alho is garlic) and pronounced "vin-DAH-lu." It's typically made with pork but you can use chicken, beef, or hearty vegetables like sweet potato if you prefer. This dish is wonderful the day it's made but simply divine the next day when all the strong flavors meld together.

HOW TO USE:
Combine sauce with 2½ cups canned chickpeas (rinsed and drained). Use ½ cup water to rinse out any sauce remaining in the jar and add. Simmer for 7-10 minutes. Taste for salt and garnish with fresh cilantro (optional). Enjoy hot with rice or naan. Serves 4.

TIP: Delicious as a base for chicken, lamb, seafood, egg and vegetable curries.
