- 2 large heads of broccoli
- 1 tbsp Masala Mama Magic curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut broccoli into medium size florets. Toss with the curry powder, salt and olive oil.
Spread out on a large baking sheet, making sure they are in a single layer with some space between them. It is important that they are not overcrowded so that they become crispy.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until you see the tips of the florets starting to turn brown. Taste and garnish with extra salt as needed (I like my broccoli salty), tuck in one or two wedges of lemon and serve immediately.
