Directions

  1. Heat 1/2 gallon milk in heavy bottom pan over medium-high heat

  2. Stir regularly and let it come to a boil

  3. Turn off heat and add juice of 1 lime

  4. Stir and watch milk curdle

  5. Add more lime if needed until water is no longer milky

  6. Strain out the water in a cheesecloth lined strainer

  7. Transfer paneer in cheesecloth into tofu press

  8. Cover with cheese cloth and place weight on top

  9. Gently lift cheesecloth and paneer onto a chopping board

  10. Cube and use!
