Mezcal Pisco Sour
A smokey twist on the classic Peruvian Pisco Sour. It’s a little sour, a little sweet and a simply divine cocktail!
Ingredients
1 oz Pisco
1 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Agave Nectar
1 Egg white
Garnish: Lemon twist and bitters
Directions
Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer.
Combine pisco, mezcal, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker. And dry shake (without ice) for 30-40 seconds.
Add ice and shake again till chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain into the frosty coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a few dashes of bitters.
Note: You can make this drink with either lemon or lime juice and you can substitute agave nectar for simple syrup.
