Mezcal Pisco Sour

A smokey twist on the classic Peruvian Pisco Sour. It’s a little sour, a little sweet and a simply divine cocktail!⁠⁠

Ingredients
1 oz Pisco⁠
1 oz Mezcal ⁠
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice ⁠
¾ oz Agave Nectar
1 Egg white ⁠
Garnish: Lemon twist and bitters⁠

Directions

  1. Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer.⁠

  2. Combine pisco, mezcal, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker. And dry shake (without ice) for 30-40 seconds. ⁠

  3. Add ice and shake again till chilled, about 20 seconds.⁠

  4. Strain into the frosty coupe or martini glass.⁠

  5. Garnish with a few dashes of bitters.⁠

    Note: You can make this drink with either lemon or lime juice and you can substitute agave nectar for simple syrup.⁠
