TIKKA MASALA MUSHROOM AND OLIVE NAAN PIZZA

For mushroom lovers this is an incredibly easy and delicious weeknight recipe. 

Prep time: 5 minutes
Inactive cook time: 8 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Serves: 4 

Ingredients

1 jar Masala Mama Tikka Masala Sauce
4 plain Naan (small to medium sized)
1 cup grated low moisture mozzarella cheese
10 Cremini or white button mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup black olives, sliced (seedless, can be canned)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional) 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Lay out Naan on a lined baking sheet. Top each Naan with Masala Mama Tikka Masala Sauce and layer in this order:  cheese, mushrooms, and olives. Drizzle some olive oil over the mushrooms.

  3. Place the Naan pizzas in the heated oven and bake until cheese has evenly melted, naan is a little toasty on the sides, about 8 minutes.

Serve immediately, with red pepper flakes on the side.

Note: If using frozen naan, warm the naan in the oven for about 3-4 minutes before putting on the toppings.
