LA BAMBA BLACK BEANS
Seductive black beans dancing with sweet potatoes and festive peppers, ready to eat. Made with nutrient-rich avocado oil. Contains 14g protein. Shelf-stable. Spice level: mild.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, Black Beans, Sweet Potato, Onion, Red Pepper, Tomato Paste, Avocado Oil, Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Serrano Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, Black Pepper, Spices.
HOW TO USE:
Microwave - Tear pouch 2 inches to vent. Microwave for 60-90 seconds on high. Handle hot pouch with care!
Stovetop - Empty black beans into a saucepan (making sure to squeeze out every last drop of deliciousness) and simmer until hot.
SERVING IDEAS:
Serve with rice, tortillas or naan (but it’s terrific just by itself!). Goes brilliantly with: avocado, corn, tomato, egg, jalapeno, lime wedge.

Tender chickpeas smothered in a bold and tangy gravy, ready to eat. Made with nutrient-rich avocado oil. Contains 14g protein. Shelf-stable. Spice level: medium.
